Digital Products – No Physical Shipping

All products sold on Apni Kitabh are digital, downloadable products (such as eBooks, PDFs, planners, and templates).
No physical items are shipped.

Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it is considered used and non-returnable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not generally provided for digital products.
However, a refund may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or not accessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

• You were charged incorrectly, such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Unauthorized or accidental multiple charges

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Accidental purchase by the user

• Incompatibility with your device or software
  (Customers are responsible for checking file format compatibility before purchase)

• Failure to read the product description, preview, or requirements

• Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after download

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.

• Screenshots or proof (if applicable)

Refund Processing Time

• All refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 working days

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
